We serve customers in the United States and Europe. Your order has two stages: preparation before dispatch, followed by courier delivery.

These times cover preparation only. Delivery time begins after your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Delivery to the USA and Europe usually takes approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch. Arrival times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, the destination and courier delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs US$30 per order to the USA and Europe, regardless of how many garments you buy.
Free shipping applies to orders of US$299 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Applicable customs charges are separate.
Tracking your order
We provide a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Our couriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS and Skynet Worldwide.
Customs and import charges
Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on the product, destination and rules in effect when the parcel arrives. Where these charges apply and are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Lost parcels
If tracking stops updating or your parcel appears delayed, contact support@clergystore.com with your order number. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement and pay the replacement shipping cost.
